Hey, your boss sucks!!! I think you need to talk to him/her, and if it doesn't help, you'll need to seek legal advice!
First, if you are working from 10:00 to 22:00, they must provide you with at least a lunch break, this is human rights! Even I don't know where you are living, but I am sure there must be some regulations to protect employees' rights.
If the shop only has 2 staffs, it is inevitable that either you or your colleague will need to pay a few visits to the washroom everyday. You need to state clearly to your boss about average time needed for a visit to the washroom. If a resonable common view cannot be made, seek legal advice! If your boos insist that there must be more than 2 staffs in the shop at anytime, he/she will need to hire an extra person~~~
"迟到10分钟要扣薪, 问题系每日我要去HQ先, HQ10点之开" <-- I seriously have nothing to say about this, becoz this simply doesn't make any sense!!! Ask your boss what you can do to avoid being late if you have to report to the HQ first while the HQ opens at 10:00. Get your boss to give you an answer!
I do not really agree that you should just quit easily, becoz this is not your fault. Giving up so easily will only encourage those bosses to further bully their staffs. Plus, there are horrible bosses everywhere, quiting the job does not really help if you don't know how to protect yourself!
