Park eyes January return Ji-sung Park has his sights set on a return to action in January, having stepped up his recovery from knee surgery.
The Korean livewire damaged cruciate knee ligaments against Blackburnlast March but, after an arduous road to recovery, he can finally seelight at the end of the tunnel.
"At the moment I am trying to recover as hard as I can,” Park told Ilgan Sports.
“Recently, I started jogging and step-by step I am moving closer to areturn in January. I am not yet training with the other players at themoment, I am training alone," he added.
In Park's absence, competition for midfield and attacking berths hasbeen heightened by a host of new signings, but the 26-year-old is keento stake his claim when he returns.
