Yes, shot under strong Australian sunlight. Even the air is hot despite at outer reef far from coast.
Good photographic chance as you really need plenty of light penetration into the water, for higher shutter speed.
You are moving in water, the fish is moving in water, so shutter speed is of paramount importance.
