加多一個hard disk來裝Win7, 然後在bios選擇boot機的hard disk.

A dual boot should be OK. What is your problem.

If harddisk have enough space, then u can resize it with 3rd party program. Then install Win7 on the other partition.
Win7 will create the dual boot menu.

最好還是先備份數據，然後重新裝系統ghost其實不是很完美

Not all the Window xp system can upgrade to Window 7. You need to find out is your CPU is powerful enough for Window 7 or not.
