10k per mth in KL, Malaysia is a very good income. You can have a decent house as well as a nice car to drive around in KL. RM10K at KL, is just about to reach the comfort line.

10k is a good salary in KL. I believe it is at least managerial position.
But it is not so good if you got marriage and your wife is not working. 10K is not so enough to sustain a family. In KL, a family salary must at least 8K.... ==

10K Gross Salary, after deduct MISC, nett is about 7.5K only.
Buy a house at KL now will cost minimum One Million. 700K loan installment will cost about 5K.
