日本豆腐1條 (切塊),豬肉碎200克,紅蘿蔔粒少許

醬油適量,糖適量,薯粉少許

做法:

1. 豬肉碎洗淨,加入醃料拌勻,放置醃約10分鐘。

2. 把豆腐塊排碟後,鋪上醃好的肉碎,上面加一些蘿蔔粒,

用大火蒸約8分鐘即可食用。

METHOD

1. Wash the minced pork. Add in the marinade and mix well.

Leave to marinate for about 10 minutes.

2. Place the medallion shaped tofu neatly on aplatter. Pour the marinated minced pork over the tofu. Garnish withsome diced carrots. Steam over high heat for about 8 minutes, and serve.
