I bought a desktop 1 year and it comes with Office 2010(English version), but now I can't open the excel files and the computer prompt me to register. However, I can still open the work(doc) files. Hi, that you purchase is trial version. The PC prompt for register mean you need to have a key to continue to user. Otherwise you can't access others application. You need to purchase Microsoft Office 2010 get the MS 2010 Key & ativate.
