【新季看點】

1 Ted臨陣退縮
Stella邀請Ted參加她姐姐的婚禮。婚禮至少要在六個月之後才會舉行，Ted卻要求和Stella "好好談談"，Stella轉身就走。

2 Ted見到了曙光
Ted除了交通意外，被送到醫院治療。他其實沒什麼事，但他與死神擦肩而過，讓他意識到自己其實很愛Stella，並希望她回心轉意。

3 Barney心系Ted
Lily打電話給Barney，告訴他有關Ted的情況。但是Barney沒聽她說完就掛斷了電話，急急忙忙跑到醫院，Ted到底有沒有事他也不知道。

4讓分手的時刻到來
Stella原諒了Ted的無禮，但她很快發現Ted寧願選擇和她分手也不願和她吵架，她把分手的事再次提上議事日程。

5 Barney -熱心導致意外
在趕去醫院看望Ted的時候，心急的Barney出了車禍，嚴重骨折。 Ted被Barney的熱情所感動，兩人重新成為朋友。

6 Robin和Barney
Barney開玩笑地說起自己在與死神擦肩而過時的感受，他的目光始終沒有離開過Robin。他真的愛上Robin了嗎？

7 Stella - Ted真正的妻子？
Ted向Stella求婚，但是Stella沒有回答，因為……這一集結束了！
