有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?
我的问题是圣诞节前两三天开始的，用Bitlord 1.1，来自槟城，马来西亚.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb) `6 ?: H/ {/ a7 [7 k; r+ X

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。1 c- |& h$ q9 N+ O: D: |
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.% M. n {6 b/ z0 T* F8 N! J* t Y
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。/ i/ E) M1 Q" y3 N
4) The version , you have is not good.
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem./ l0 t7 N$ q+ c2 x# u* m, ~
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.
+ J3 \5 \+ f9 Q- W6 Y2 _; E" C+ _" d. @
Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
