有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?
我的问题是圣诞节前两三天开始的，用Bitlord 1.1，来自槟城，马来西亚.

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth./ c5 c" T$ o, k: W
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.4 K- P. M* Y: V" C6 I2 y
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.
4) The version , you have is not good.
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.4 K$ Q6 _7 ?& b8 w. c5 J- \; Y
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. , E, d2 C L0 |0 Z) o& @& N
tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb! S$ v2 M ~$ m+ T
Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
