1st is good, 2nd can not show the dynamic (size) of the tower. 3rd too much noise (grain of photo, may be push ISO tooo high. use tripod) best to wait until later in the evening. longer exposure time. 4th same as no.2.
As new photographer is not bad at all. but if you have more cash in hand in the future. Buy some better lens and use a polarising filter.

2nd and 4th photo can use HDR.
