my external disk cannot be detected in my own desktop and i try out with my friend and the external harddisk can be detected in their computer. 2 reason only..:1.power supply don have enough power
2.external hardisk already shock...
maybe power supply don have enough power la...because you say your external hardisk can detected before you install a new graphic card...graphic card need very high power...you know,my graphic card is nvidia9800 1gb ram,so i have to chance my power supply from 400watt to 550watt to have enough power for my pc and graphic...作者: davidkoid1 時間: 2010-4-13 01:22 AM
aiya maybe is virus....
try to go to my computer-manage-disk manager
see ur ext hdd is there or not
try to rename the drive normally e: to z:

thanks i fixed the problem after i change higher waltage power supply...is because not enough power :p
