This is infact an interesting trail with plenty to explore. The water so clear, and so blue and the rocks so colourful and pretty that I could take one with me for decor later. The tracks also looks comfortable to walk on and the weather so fair..indeed the perfect day for mountain tracking. This type of mountain tracking is really great and I would enjoy it, with plenty of exercise and plenty to explore, and clean, cool air....nice way to spend a walk.  tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb+ O& h4 k( U7 }$ W4 z3 q

The water is so clear and clean. Beautiful pattern rocks on the way. A tranquility walk-path,good.

「砂卡礑步道」位於台灣太魯閣國家公園花蓮境內，早在日據時期，日本人為了建造立霧電廠，從砂卡礑溪沿岸的岩壁上開鑿出一條長達四點四公里長、一公尺寬的步道，早期被稱為「神秘谷步道」，後來才改回太魯閣族慣稱的「sgadan」，意為「臼齒」。太魯閣國家公園成立後，將這條路規劃為景觀步道，加強沿線安全設施、增設休憩平台與解說設施，近年來砂卡礑步道已經成為一條前往花蓮旅遊的熱門景點。
