how to convert Big5 pdb file to UTF8

Anyone know, how to convert Big5 isilo pdb file to UTF8 format.
And Today is 1 sept of 2010, Hope all students have ur happy new school year ! Bless u have a great progress in coming year!

you can't read the big5 or you want to convert it into UTF8 chinese?
(just want to make sure I understand what you really need.)

I think my old version plam can only read the pdb for BIG5 , but not UTF8, so I hope to find some software to convert the UTF8 pdb to BIG5 PDB ebook.
