[健康資訊] The Rules of Living Healthier!!!!

Below are the rules that one must follow in order for them to live healthier:1st = Drink at least five 8-ounce glasses of water a day.2 z( ], a5 ^6 l8 U$ s$ v% U4 F
2nd = Take a daily multivitamin. ( E) x! _9 Q; S& S6 O
3rd = Take a magnesium supplement for magnesium at least 250mg. In the multivitamin, the mg of magnesium doesnt enough for an adult. So, besides taking multi, magnesium pill should also be taken.

5th = The most important!!!!!!!!!! Think positive because stress and constant worrying will shortens your life span by 16 years!!!!!!!!!!!1
