02. Heat the wok, add 3 tbsps of cooking oil, lightly stir-fry thecrushed garlic until fragrant. Add the spareribs, mushrooms, driedoysters, scallops and stir-fry, add other seasonings, and the waterthat was used to soak the ingredients.
