BitComet 0.99 BT設定 and Delete CM

can anybody teach me how to 設定 0.99 bitcomet, because it's so slow and how can i remove CM...

I think utorrent is better than bitcomet.

0.98用得很好，不考虑升级

bitcomet0.7以上的版本都不好撒
