Burner不认得dvd

Hi anyone help,because my burner 不认得 dvd，我认为 something is blocking my burner.

it was working before?

two weeks ago I can burn everything I want,nomatter Cd+- or dvd +-.
: |  H# {! s6 r: E  B3 |( dtvb now,tvbnow,bttvbBut after I copy something (A copyright Dvd)for my friends and my burner can´t reconize any dvd rw dvd + and dvd-.
! V# ^1 c+ K+ D" L5 R4 a/ w- w7 NIt can only read original dvd and audio cd!!!tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb* |0 t# u1 s9 P( Z; X
Someone told me may be because of the dvd that I copy is a copyright dvd ,I cant copy it and so now my burner is blocking!!I have to do something to reopen it!If yes how can I open it or u have any suggestion????

Try these steps (in order)

1.) Reinstall Drivers (Application Recovery)tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb2 Q" i$ o& S3 R) `# y) r
2.) Uninstall/Reinstall burning software; @) f) j, f# [' p7 R( y8 L( e
3.) Utilize a previous recovery pointtvb now,tvbnow,bttvb7 J$ @$ E. M4 R4 ?( x) H" A
4.) Wipe computer
