Burner不认得dvd

Hi anyone help,because my burner 不认得 dvd，我认为 something is blocking my burner.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb! Y) ^" a1 z' e3 G
Anyone have suggestion?????

Someone told me may be because of the dvd that I copy is a copyright dvd ,I cant copy it and so now my burner is blocking!!I have to do something to reopen it!If yes how can I open it or u have any suggestion????

2.) Uninstall/Reinstall burning software
/ b0 U8 ^- ]3 w  \tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb3.) Utilize a previous recovery point公仔箱論壇0 o% |3 P4 z% \% s
4.) Wipe computer
