Burner不认得dvd

Hi anyone help,because my burner 不认得 dvd，我认为 something is blocking my burner.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb, k* r" m5 _  y3 ^3 e
Anyone have suggestion?????

But after I copy something (A copyright Dvd)for my friends and my burner can´t reconize any dvd rw dvd + and dvd-.

1.) Reinstall Drivers (Application Recovery)tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb" `6 G! k0 J* R' i2 Q4 T  ?
2.) Uninstall/Reinstall burning software
# _' V% s- [5 ]# K1 g3.) Utilize a previous recovery point公仔箱論壇5 n( I% H6 H. }3 W* M" e1 h1 m+ I8 S
4.) Wipe computer
