There can't possible be a way, the reason being the following:

* g# C9 W2 Q1 M# p4 wtvb now,tvbnow,bttvblets just assume only 2 person in the entire group is the unlucky one, and that would case over 4 years of time just to get everybody out in the yard once4 N/ j2 s8 U: e: J$ ^/ J/ |" o
any solution proposed would be statistically impossible. |
