In France and Swiss, I tried 400+ for the bt download
2 n" {# B& ^1 s" L  V- ?tvb now,tvbnow,bttvbVienna, Austria got 200+
3 v, V) ]' U: ?8 `6 _tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb; A/ p6 q1 r: r
KL area, max is 200+ and normal speed before this week is 100+, now is only 20+
