BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，

我的问题是圣诞节前两三天开始的，用Bitlord 1.1，来自槟城，马来西亚.TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。( `. N# d5 F, s* S

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.www2.tvboxnow.com) @$ P8 F/ f) K, c& ~2 Z6 a+ S
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.

* Q  _' ]6 R1 X3 Y# o3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.

I'm currently having the same problem.
3 S' j9 Z$ l* G9 Otvb now,tvbnow,bttvbI know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

& I+ V  b* `% }$ b' b: \) }9 Ttvb now,tvbnow,bttvbTry a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
