BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb* g' u, U/ o0 c5 V* C& c
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.公仔箱論壇6 b8 ?: S' E- R+ ^! Z
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.公仔箱論壇0 }6 m6 ^% M; E9 L% l; _, Y
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.

/ n1 w  k: X  r2 ?/ \  w8 L, [Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.1 g0 m- ?! y+ V  T
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
