BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.公仔箱論壇7 `/ u0 F- a0 z8 U
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.www2.tvboxnow.com& G8 J5 C0 h5 ]) F2 O
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.
/ d- B$ U) m( L. V. A- m- I$ ~5 S- q) D) Y3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.. r2 C; n# _( R' i9 l$ K& C
4) The version , you have is not good.
4 ]+ A( K- @5 Y# ?) BUsually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. 5 s9 g; j  J* N/ |/ p  S
TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。/ n# Y( n+ X7 s4 [
Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
