BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，公仔箱論壇5 I6 w6 r( F. o' H9 \5 c! F( ^
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
) ]4 y  }' c! p8 P' ?& L公仔箱論壇1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.
# p! v7 C; J$ ^7 Q2) not many people are down loading the same topic.
9 }& ^2 _& ^8 m1 v3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.
& f# G: ?$ q+ p4 B! c8 ?4) The version , you have is not good.公仔箱論壇4 d7 s  ]' B  ~, d0 j
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
; c2 Q3 w( f# G; w8 B8 l  Iwww2.tvboxnow.comI know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. , f$ M6 S" v9 w7 {# J" H9 Z. g  j
5 i+ F5 V- x6 w: e, L6 O" E" @
Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
