I use xunlei can download 400kbs more max speed 700kbs at morningtvb now,tvbnow,bttvb% u4 U  \7 \3 `5 O) Z
Streamyx combo 5 packages 4.0Mbps

i use vista but it only goes at the rate 3-8kb/s

however, there is some problem with thunder
