您所在的用戶組無法下載或查看附件, why do i have this message, i want to download something but i cant, pls help

becoz you're "原始人" 公仔箱論壇3 |* G( B: a; R
you need to have at least 50分 or more
then you can 下載或查看附件,

i too have that problem i want to download game but it wont let me i got 65 points y ???
