why i always have a red cross while i am downloading

& E9 |9 a6 P8 C8 P. _tvb now,tvbnow,bttvbthey say the "red cross" mean no space on your computer9 [6 [3 |  N5 D; F

but my harddisk is not full...how come it still doing that
