The name 悉尼 has been used as the official name for Sydney for at least six to seven years now, when pronounced in Mandare in, it's a much closer translation of Sydney compare to 雪梨 . Just like the name Beijing instead of Peking for 北京 in English. However, in a Chinese restaurants, if you try to order a Beijing Duck, the waiter wouldn't know what you are trying to order though. 公仔箱論壇( M. k6 ^; G7 d. J

The first one is either from the Sydney Botanic Garden or at the Hyde Park, they are both very nice spots to relax and have a leisurely sunbake during the lunch break for many Sydneysiders.' z& ?8 B+ v" V7 Q4 Y+ G
Then there is the famous Sydney Opera House taken from the western side.TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。& Z$ B6 o' e4 g+ E: B1 Z+ O* q
Followed by two photos of the snow fields at Perisher Valley, not much snow yet, give it another 4 to 5 weeks, then it would be right into the skiing season.
3 |* n' O7 i) l6 v% N! MThen there are the Bondi Beach, if you venture to the eastern side, well, there you will find a lot of women sunbaking topless; no fuss, as men do it all the time.
; ^+ E; Z& C4 o5 f公仔箱論壇Then we are heading north toward central coast up, about an hour and a half drive from Sydney, we get to the a place call The Entrance, a really nice spot, the ranger feed the Pelicans twice a day, quite an interesting sight. Great fish and chips shops, cafes, and restaurants. Nice fishing spot too. * C# ?+ w7 N0 m5 U# O# N
Here we are back to Sydney at the St Andrew's Cathedral, an Anglican church next to the Sydney townhall.
3 S' K) t6 ~& T; r$ w( M dThe last one is specially for the shopaholics. The renovated Queen Victoria Building, there used to be an up market Chinese restaurant inside, but it's now turned into another shop. A very nice shopping arcade.4 Y; a, g- B8 S% @: j' L$ Z, ], [
