Here is the script made by Mike Laverick years ago and still good to go http://www.rtfm.copperstream.co.uk/downloads/p2v-scripts.iso and PDF guides about the script if you want to know about it http://www.rtfm-ed.co.uk/docs/vmwdocs/p2v-scripts.pdf

After P2V'ed the server, mount .iso to the virtual machine and execute the script that will automatically remove stale/zombie devices on your windows server.

中文翻译下， VMWARE 经常做 PHYSICAL TO VIRTUAL ，甘里面会有问题就系D DRIVER 同D Device 唔MATCH，用呢个工具就一步可以做到。当然咩都有风险，做之前BACK UP啦
