材料：
蘿蔔2條(去皮，切塊)，橙2個(去皮，去籽)，開水300毫升，蜜糖2湯匙% k; h- {& m0 P/ {% \9 w

做法：' v5 z4 c& I# O0 `- P
1. 將蘿蔔和橙肉同放入果汁機中，加入開水打勻成汁，濾除蔬果渣，倒入杯中，加入蜜糖調味，即可飲用。" H L4 e0 W+ T

2 carrots (peeled, cut into small chunks), 2 oranges (peeled,deseeded), 300ml water, 2 tbsps honey

1. Place the carrots and oranges into a blender. Add water to blend until smooth. Strain the juice to
remove the vegetable and fruit residue. Pour the juice% I7 O& d+ d) p9 H7 Q& S7 v
into a glass. Add honey to enhance flavour, and serve.
