蝦仁3只(去殻,去腸),蒜末少許,奶油白醬2湯匙,馬茲瑞拉芝士30克。

4. 鑊裡燒熱1/2湯匙油,爆香蒜末,放入蝦仁略炒。

1. To make the creamy white sauce, melt the butter in a pan over low tomedium heat. Stir in the self-raising flour and mix well.公仔箱論壇& ?0 R, B) g) y  W" T! f

3. Bring the creamy flour mixture to a boil. Stir in pepper and salt toseason the sauce. Voila! The creamy white sauce is ready.

Stir in the shrimps and sauté them.
