加入不同材料亦可變成cookies

cake flour:450gm/ {) ^3 A& r6 K' E3 F
icing sugar:90gm2 P% Z! b# p% Q" t0 g$ X) A' S
lemon zest :1 pcwww2.tvboxnow.com* ]2 ?# L( L0 Y. ^7 q: h) |; [& F, D
egg 1pcwww2.tvboxnow.com2 V. v: x( o- `

) V6 C) T9 E3 jstep:先將牛油於室温攤軟,然後與糖粉打勻至奶白色
