劇情簡介
待業青年姜軼男性格樂觀開朗，受學歷所限，一直待業在家。一次偶然，他救起了落水女子陳欣悅，在對陳欣悅的好感以及徐昊宇的刺激下，姜軼男發憤圖強，向陳欣悅所在的深原集團遞交簡歷，借深原集團向社會公開招聘的契機，他憑借努力與應變，陰差陽錯成為最受關注的新人，同時獲得了陳欣悅的關注。徐昊宇不滿姜軼男的“幸運”與樂觀，處處與他作對，徐昊宇的女友梁定菲則對姜軼男產生了好奇。誰知姜軼男進入公司完全是由金總監的工作失誤引起。金總監為了掩蓋自己的失誤，拉攏其他人屢屢排擠姜軼男，大家在深原集團內，上演了一幕幕啼笑皆非的情節，而姜軼男終於在種種經歷中成長起來，在證明自我的同時，粉碎金總監出賣公司的陰謀，贏得了珍貴的愛情與友情。
