有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?www2.tvboxnow.com( Y u; t3 Q$ N8 A3 y! A
我的问题是圣诞节前两三天开始的，用Bitlord 1.1，来自槟城，马来西亚.

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.www2.tvboxnow.com' ^! B5 f; l2 k0 F4 W
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb! P7 L2 |5 @+ L' n
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got., n$ Y0 E$ f, A- s* u: f. f: E0 o# D
4) The version , you have is not good.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb( ]3 E1 d0 u! k$ ]$ M' r$ S0 C# }
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
