一眾喺《辣伙頭》新鮮出爐嘅靚廚們，無論個人廚藝定顏值都已經毋庸置疑，今次佢地要跳出錄影廠，喺實體餐廳展示佢地嘅廚藝功夫同團隊合作精神！港人喺時候自救，靚廚們就身先士卒去振興飲食業界士氣。今次重點考驗佢地團體合作，靚廚們會分成兩隊對決，分別要喺七間餐廳贏得街客、飲食界金主及一眾星級神秘食客們舌頭嘅歡心，每場比賽以營業額高低分勝負，由籌備到上菜都會喺限時48小時內完成。
