I using bitcomet 0.84 now. Below are mine setting. Hope that this setting can increase your download speed.公仔箱論壇6 y" R0 P9 Z0 x* ^# J3 ]5 ]

Go to option > Preference
Connection:
-->Global Max upload speed:( Go to www.speedtest.net to test your upload speed and use only 80% of it. Remenber to change the kbps to kb/s)tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb7 [$ J5 U P2 B- y( |9 {
-->Max simultaneous download tasks number put it at 2 unless your download speed is very fast then u increase it.公仔箱論壇+ y4 D: p. Z5 J: f7 F: V. ~+ G
-->Now choose listen port between 49152 and 65534.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb; |4 y$ [0 Q: T( A& `
(Note if you are using router remenber to forward the port.)

Now go to Advance

Now go to Connectiontvb now,tvbnow,bttvb/ m3 C4 n& m4 [( t) ]" g" Q3 o" H4 g
-->Check only the first one.

-->Maximun simultaneous half open TCP connection: 500

(Note: In XP sp1 the half open TCP is unlimted but in XP sp2 it was limit to 10 only as to prevent worms and this is why our download speed get slower.)

I use XP SP2, so in connection "Maximun simultaneous half open TCP connection",* ?2 n5 R, N+ w, {, }; o
I should change to 10 or 500? I change my Window Xp sp2 TCP to 10 already?
Also the number of the listen port you show I don't have that kind of number, I have the small amount number like 7074, 7155, 7970, 8101, 17113, 18143.......the highest number I have is 27756.TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。; v+ I) Y4 n/ `9 G4 G7 t
I think maybe I live in New York, that's why the listen port number is different.

10 is sp2 default setting. u should change to 500 or minimun 100 using the file i upload.
as for the listen port 49152 and 65534 is recomend by bitcomet. u just change it and then forward the port if u are behind router.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb* y$ q( e% S5 [/ i$ j' v

I have the other question, everytime I change my setting and later on I restart my computer, all my setting is gone to be default. How can I fix it ?

you mean bitcomet setting is gone?
i have not encounted this kind of problem before. Maybe u can reinstall the bitcomet and try again. Y; {3 {! I+ q! J3 {
or did u press ok after u do all the setting or u just straight away exit bitcomet?
