until now, no one can stop the blue-and-white error screen, even the bill gate, it is a main problem in Windows.  from win 3.1 to win xp ( i am not sure the win 7). if you use mac os, it will not have any blue-and-white error screen at all.

by the way, i think you need to reintall the windows, good luck
