Well, I do not understand the reason behind this.  They all look very good but how can you get more people to join the army (or defense org.) ?  Did it imply that the men will see pretty women in the army so that they will think of joining ?   I still think the traditional way of promoting which shows the professionalism and  heroism will work the best !
