Wow, it was lucky that no body gets hurt !  A weight of 13 lbs and with diameter of 13 inches sure is lethal when it hit the ground.  May be it is some small parts from thousands of satellites that surrounding the Earth ?!   Even if it is, I do not think the authority will admit it though !
