The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong officially became the world's tallest hotel - and the fourth highest building in the world -  when it opened its doors to the public today./ r4 A2 t' j- b% d- ~

Located at the very top of the International Commerce Centre (ICC), it perches on floors 102 to 118 and has 312 rooms all with city and harbour views.
