[健康資訊] The Rules of Living Healthier!!!!

Below are the rules that one must follow in order for them to live healthier:1st = Drink at least five 8-ounce glasses of water a day.公仔箱論壇" E0 B( X3 \$ c0 U+ C
2nd = Take a daily multivitamin. 
3 z9 r6 b* T5 R7 V& i) z. H公仔箱論壇3rd = Take a magnesium supplement for magnesium at least 250mg. In the multivitamin, the mg of magnesium doesnt enough for an adult. So, besides taking multi, magnesium pill should also be taken.

* V( i- }0 K0 F1 z0 q5th = The most important!!!!!!!!!! Think positive because stress and constant worrying will shortens your life span by 16 years!!!!!!!!!!!1
