can't download the Shareaza, pls help

I tried to download the Shareaza.  After the download complete, it has "downloading.php" but windows can't open (either use the web service or select program.)  I really don't know how to do it.  Please help me to complete the download so I can use it.  Thank you.

try to download from http://shareaza.sourceforge.net/?id=download, has different methods 4 u to select. Hope it will help!
