Please help.
I was updating the apps from app store, one app couldnt upgrade since i got in from JB and the app turned to grey colour with the "waiting" sign underneath for almost half an hour. so I decided to turn off my phone and rest a bit, after 10 minutes i turned on again the phone never respond, it only keep the apple logo on the screen for another 10 mintues with no respond... so i turned it off and on again for a couple times. at last i have to clicked the on/off button and the menu button at the same time to reset, still it didnt work, and even ended up it asked me to link the itunes.
Itunes said it has to restore in order to use itunes. and now whenever i turn on my phone it only has the screen tht ask me to link to itunes... the phone never go back to normal.. my frds said i might be locked my the phone since i have jailbroken before.. anyways i hope this info might help saving my contacts and photos tht all i concern.
Please advise how I can fix it.
