The numbers in this series describe how the previous number is formed.

The first no. is 1
The next one describe it: there is only one "1", therefore 11& e( {* }& J2 W
The next one describe the "11" as there are two "1", therefore 21" |3 S' V4 c: x
The next one describe the "21" as there are one "2" and one "1", therefore 1211: D' S8 x$ u- ]" A
The next one describe the "1211" as there are one "1", one "2" and two "1", so 111221. u1 }) ]. L7 B# P1 R: ?
The next one describe this "111221" is three "1", two "2" and one "1" so the answer is:
312211

After seeing the IQ question 據說這是蘋果公司的面試題, it reminds me of grouping the left hand side numbers to reflect the number on the right.

So the right hand side number 0 can be represented by number 1
The right hand side number 1 can be represented by 3,1,2,9,7,5
The right hand side number 2 can be represented by 2,5,8,1,6,7,3,0
The right hand side number 3 can be represented by 5,9,8,3
The right hand side number 4 can be represented by 6tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb( H6 o* h5 x) @
Now the question is 8136, check the above list, 8,1,3,6 are grouped under 2. Therefore, the answer is 2www2.tvboxnow.com4 `, a3 ]0 B* S& {& i

Sorry. My bad. Someone told me that it is actually counting the number of holes in the given number. 7 C/ \7 j+ p* {
There are 3 holes in 8136, two from number 8 and one from number 6 so the answer is 3.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb4 @! h# @; u0 r
