Rmvb convert to dvd

Anyone help???I have already convert alot of rmvb drama,this is the first time I have a problem.( m, V* c- C8 I) _! R1 ]
The file that i want to convert always stop at 20%.I have try Allok and winavi already but i got the same result!!!
