Help! How to balance the download speed from other people?

I am sharing the cable line with my roomate, but I found that his download speed is way faster than mine when we are downloading at the same time. We use the same BT version (0.84) , such as his speed is 94k and mine will be 11k. How to take the balance back? Thanks a lot!!!!!

There's a speed guide if you use utorrent client to download.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb1 _+ i8 p/ l3 c; T9 h+ w/ `
Change the setting of the connection upload rate or other things. The download speed depends on the amount of seeds and the speed of the torrents. - P: Q& Z5 E6 R8 u/ l4 h$ U1 f
You can also try using another bt client like utorrent.
