[求助]为什么我的BT下载速度那么慢

我的华语不是很好，请让我以英文来表达。

I am a streamyx user, *RM 66 ( MAX DL 60kbps / UL 60 kbps).
tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb: ?4 Q4 z/ ?( y! G
Besides, I download all the BT files by using my 3rd party program (Thunder) <<Latest Version7 ], C+ c$ U4 {! I! K

I am new in this, but why my DL is very slow till (10bytes ~ 2 kbps), but my UP speed higher (10kbps ~ 30kbps) than my DL speed ?TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。3 f* R- S( N- I. A

- I checked all my setting (Thunder) > Option > Max DL spd / Max UL spd [set to unlimited].

if the task that u connect has more local peers, ur d/l will be faster but if u have more remote peer it will be slower. that's one of the reason that affect ur d/l speed .
