$ l0 v$ L9 o" `3 Q/ G! Q公仔箱論壇I am new in this, but why my DL is very slow till (10bytes ~ 2 kbps), but my UP speed higher (10kbps ~ 30kbps) than my DL speed ?

- I checked all my setting (Thunder) > Option > Max DL spd / Max UL spd [set to unlimited].
6 y% j. d$ z! j( C! u7 o; k- No other Download Programs {e.g. FlashGet, BC etc..} running.
& Y5 c% p& n# ^; Y7 G* p' d# w5 ]. L( Xtvb now,tvbnow,bttvb- Line completly clear.
