Projector have 2 types, one is in-door use, for office presentation purpose (LCD), one is outdoor use (DLP), for entertainment purpose.
for projector, you have to know the "Ansi-Lumen", normally the higher ansi-lumen, the price will more expensive. The theory is the same as our LCD "Dot-per-inch" or the so call "pixel" the higher the "pixel"= more expensive,
2nd thing you have check how much is the projector Lamp, this is the most expensive and most important part in projector, normally each lamp can use up to 9999 hours only, the image will become more blur and blur after usage of many and many lamp hours, then on that time you have to change the lamp.
My suggestion is, buy a LCD TV is much more better than buy a Projector. A LCD TV life time can last for 6 to 8 yes, but projector is depend on the Lamp hour usage, which other than electricity, you have to pay to buy the Lamp when the image go blur.
One more is, because projector is still go for RGB technology, so it is very easy on the color miss-match. |
