could we block somebody pc IP to running torrent? ， 描述： (Malaysia)how to do the setting in the router?

i found that one of my office's staff was running torrent and my boss need me to block that staff's pc without let anybody knows (boss running torrent also   :shakehead:  ).so can we do any setting in the Router to block that staff's IP address or any suggestion? .... :help: 公仔箱論壇$ f( \: C, L7 {
