Download did not run...........ergent!!s.o.s

i have download a lot of file,but suddenly two of the file did not run anymore.There stop at 2.64GB but the file is actually 3.41GB. Upload is no problem.9 |3 T# x, i( ~! O
Can anyone help...anyone have experience?????Please!
