nero vision ...... help please

i add file , it came out a message like this : unabe to insert C:.............www2.tvboxnow.com7 m( ^2 o1 m! b+ F9 n
just cannot add, why ?tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb! u  E) Q; N: A: P
