BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，0 L4 @6 g) p( z  [  ^
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb' s: Y) S+ |1 i) t1 D
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.公仔箱論壇, e: k+ M; l7 l& _7 q
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.

I'm currently having the same problem.
+ I* m( K5 l$ b% W1 `5 eI know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb9 H# ]1 ?4 [5 A8 O; Z
; M- P( I- ~& e1 B- @. o, N/ e
Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
