WTF, it really a big joke. i always pass by this road, from puchong until bandar baru salak tinggi. there only about 10-20 maximum dogs that i can see. 20000 dogs?? is more than people who live at bandar baru salak tinggi. it can kill 200 dogs per month? if true then mean each months got 200 dogs is born else already let them kill finish. is that some one build a farm to feed dogs there???
