有可能是USB問題，也有可能是硬碟問題

If USB, plug into other usb port to see if other usb ports recognize the ext drive

如果是硬碟 > click "Computer" > right click on the drive and click properties > Tools > Error Checking

如果這兩個方法都不行，你可能需要特別軟體
